SCRAAPS: Good Enough For You
Scraaps is a concept dog treat brand that turns restaurant food scraps into upcycled treats. For this project, we designed the packaging and created a static three-piece social media campaign designed to make sustainability fun and modern.
The Brand
Dog owners want to give their pets the highest-quality food and treats possible. However, the idea of “food waste” feels questionable. Even though sustainability is appealing, it can raise concerns around quality and whether the product is actually good enough for their dog.
The Problem
The campaign solves this issue by reframing food scraps as premium ingredients. Each ad pairs a dog with restaurant-level food like fish, steak, and fresh produce and connects it directly to the final Scraaps treat. The ads replace skepticism with familiarity of the food we eat, showing that these ingredients and are still good for dogs.
